Why we exist

A short-term rental is not only a listing; it is a hospitality business with guests, vendors, standards, decisions and reputation. Most of the work is coordination: communicating clearly, sequencing the right activity, recording what happened and knowing when to escalate.
CASIRA exists to run that operating layer remotely. We do not build cleaning crews or maintenance teams. Instead, we work alongside the local providers, caretakers and contacts a property needs—giving each party clearer instructions and owners a more reliable view of the operation.
